text: 3 December. Charali.
text: Not so dramatic after all. Shoizhu bustled in this morning while we were still in bed to tell us that the Ao interpreters were quite mistaken. News has now come that Mayang is returning to Mokokchung. Pawsey is going to see the Governor, and the N.N.C. has decided to wait until 31 December before taking this daring step. Every Naga decision is attended by the same bathos. How long will it go on? When will some firm decision at the centre be taken?
