text: Phoi = Chinese Pangolin (scaly ant-eater) - if you get the hairs of a hairy caterpillar (Yong-wan) in your foot and you scratch with the paw of a pangolin you get relief, (3) so somebody killed a pangolin and left two paws for any who might like them on the path.
