text: Halted Wakching. Separate inspection report submitted. The chiefs of Totok and Chinglong came in to see me and I found Transfrontier chief of Tang lying in the hospital being treated as an in-patient. Quite a number of Transfrontier Nagas come to the Wakching dispensary.
