text: To Kiyeshe. There is a good site for panikhets here which the village is anxious to open up, but a feeder from the Tizu is likely to be impracticable on account of the force of the stream, and a channel from the Lipu stream will probably be better but about four miles will be needed. I doubt if funds can be found this year but it might be possible next year. Probably the cheapest way to do it would be to let it out on contract, but there is no reason why it should not be done gradually.
